INK DUCT FILM

APPLICATION:

​

The Ink Duct Film is an integral part of the CPC system. It is fitted into the Ink Duct Tray. The purpose of the foil is to act as a medium between the cam system and the ink duct roller. It prevents the ink from coming into contact with the highly engineered cam system. As a consumable product, the Ink Duct Foil is designed to be disposed of at the end of each print run which enables a fast and easy color change.

 

APPLICATION ON:  Heidelberg SM/CD 72/74, SM/CD 102, MOV, CD M/C

  

190 micron for Standard printing inks – per box 100 pcs.

Our Glass bead film is designed and manufactured with a Triple Coated, Cross-linked ink-repellent Silicone Coating that ensures mark-free printing, is long lasting and easy to clean when required.

BRUSH WHEEL

APPLICATION:

Transporting paper. Make the paper transfer smoothly.

After the paper reaches the front gauge, stop the paper to prevent rebound.

WASH-UP BLADES

APPLICATION:

​

Used in cleaning the oscillating rollers in the offset printing unit before an upcoming ink change. The blade is responsible for scraping ink residues and cleaning agents from the rollers and out of the printing unit.
